Colonial Institutes

These Institutes are established in each of the Kallan States and some of the older space colonies. They are used to organise the work for space exploration and colonisation. When a city/colony needs to colonise in order to prevent the onset of overpopulation, they apply to the Institute for guidance in starting their preparation to colonise, including direction on building starships and pre-colonial bases. These institutes keep track of the changes involved and report that to the central Kallan government.

Mahorian Hoard

A hoard of treasure that was discovered in a huge underground metropolis of caves on Fakrian. It was discovered during the reign of David II in 1441 by a small child playing in the lowlands near his home. The hoard contained 234 tonnes of gold and 521 tonnes of silver along with millions of jewels. It had been placed there over several years by some of the more outsider Fakrianans, starting in 442.
